Employers Can Use Two Versions of Form I-9 Until Further Notice
Pursuant to a decision by the USCIS Office of Management and Budget to extend its approved of Form I-9 to 08/31/2012, employers are permitted to use Form I-9 with a revision date of either 08/07/2009 or 02/02/2009 (see bottom right corner of form).
