Employment-based petitions must refer to the Final Action chart, not the Dates for Filing chart. The dates for all employment-based applicants have progressed.
The employment-based dates are as follows: EB-1 is current for all countries. EB-2 is current for all countries except China (December 1, 2016) and India (August 1, 2010). EB-3 is current for all countries except China (March 15, 2018) and India (February 1, 2011). EB-3 Other Workers is current for all countries except China (August 1, 2009) and India (February 1, 2011). EB-4 is current for all countries except El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras (September 1, 2018), and Mexico (February 1, 2019). EB-5 non-regional centers are current for all countries except China (Aug 15, 2015) and Vietnam (December 15, 2017).
For family-based petitions, applicants in the F2A category may file using the Final Action Dates chart. All other applicants must use the Dates for Filing chart. The dates for Family-based applicants have progressed from the April visa bulletin.
The dates are as follows: the F1 date is October 22, 2014, for all areas except Mexico (April 1, 1998) and the Philippines (February 1, 2012). The F2A date is current for all areas. The F2B date is August 15, 2015, for all areas except Mexico (August 15, 1999) and the Philippines (September 15, 2011). F3 is at August 22, 2008, for all countries except Mexico (October 15, 1996) and the Philippines (May 1, 2002). The F4 date is November 8, 2006, for all countries except India (April 15, 2005), Mexico (August 8, 1998), and the Philippines (May 1, 2002).
